Search and locate saved forms based on their specific content.

The search covers all saved forms, and all shared forms.

For example, among all the forms you have submitted, you want to find only those you submitted with a SSN containing 713. Simply select the appropriate form from the forms drop list, select “SSN” from the field name drop list in column one, select “Contains” from the condition drop list in column two, type “713” in the value field in column three, and click the “Search” button.

The search returns the forms that match the criteria and displays the Title, available Actions (Edit, Delete, etc.) and the Date Routed.
