Opening Online Forms

Form Finder is used to locate forms and to open forms for editing. To open a form, click the file name or the Open Form template icon in the search results list or the recently used forms list. This action opens an online instance of the form from the Enterprise Server. The form editor window appears so you can begin editing.

The first time you open or access a form, the system attempts to load the filler components (shown below). Click the Yes button to install the components and begin editing the form.

Note:_ The Administrator can remove the above icons from the toolbar. The Administrator can also replace the above icons with custom icons.
