Opening Forms

Forms saved to My Forms can be viewed or edited before they are sent. If a form is sent with Read/Write privileges, then it cannot be edited after it is sent. If the form is sent as Read-only, then it can still be edited from My Forms. There is always only one editable copy of a form available, belonging either to the sender or the recipient.

Locate the form to open and click on its title or on the “Edit” link. 

Note:_ Clicking “View” opens the Form Viewer. You are unable to edit forms in this window. The Form Viewer allows you to view a form.
