Synchronizing an Offline Form

The sync feature allows you to import data from a form located offline to a form located online. The files you are syncing do not have to contain the same form; the system looks for field names common to both forms and copies information into the new form.

3. Verify that you opened the correct form, and click the Confirm button.

The data from your local copy is now transferred to the server copy.

4. Continue editing the form, and click the Save to Server icon when finished.

The synced form replaces the previously blank form.

Note:_ If you choose Save Local, you will overwrite the existing file. Change file names if you do not wish to overwrite the existing file. The administrator can grant access to the offline Filler or not, determining whether you have access to this function.
