Connect to Local Database

Search results list forms that are associated with local (offline) databases. Forms that can connect to local (offline) databases are indicated by an icon next to the form name. This feature allows you to connect online forms with local (offline) databsaes. In other words for your own records, you can store form data in a local (offline) database instead of the server database.

Click the Connect to Local Database icon next to the form you want to open.

The form editor window appears with a database toolbar

A form is created for each record in the associated database. The number of forms created appears in the database sorting box

Note:_ If the form is not associated with a local database, this feature will not work. This feature is controlled by the Enterprise Server Administrator.
